One of my favorite things in several English classes has been the opportunity to makeoral presentations to the class and the teacher. I like this type of exercise for two reasons. First, because the preparation time before the presentation I can exerciseboth my reading skills (doing research on the subject) and my writing skills (writing an outline of my speech). Second, because the presentation, I can develop my speaking skills and my ability to listen and think in English when a classmate or teacher ask a question.
When I'm talking about or expressing about me and I have the responsibility to teach others, my performance is accelerated.
I have had these kind of experiences both in my listening / speaking class and in myreading class.
