Getting better... all the time

At the beginning of the semester I talked about learning a language like being on a journey and that we need to enjoy the journey and not become so focused on the destination that we don't enjoy the process.  How is your journey coming?  What do you feel like you have gotten better at this semester.  Do you have better organization in your writing? Do you feel like your grammar has improved? Do you write better thesis statements or better topic sentences?  Are you more confident in your ability to write an essay?  Take a few minutes and tell me what improvement do you think you have made this semester and what helped you make that improvement.  You can tell me about class activities, lab activities or anything else that hash helped you. Maybe it was even another person - a roommate, a friend, or a tutor who really helped you improve.  So, how have you improved this semester and why do you think you made this improvement?
