When I need help or I have a doubt about something I usually ask the teacher or my roommates I also have a translator but sometimes the translator gives me definitions about other words that sound the same but are spell differently so I have to make sure I have the word that Im looking for.
These are good strategies. I am glad that you realize that translator don't always give you the correct words.
