What do you do to practice using vocabulary?
I wrote a journal myself and I search the vocabulary what I want to say that. Also, I try to memorize vocabulary with books especially during working time. And I ask my coworkers, for example, what is this word meaning and how to use it. It was very helpful because they explain when they use that words.
