Activities that I do when I need help with my writing outside of class is first, looking for information in the dictionary, or google translator. This first resource has helped me to check if I am using the words correctly. This also has helped me to bring to English academic words that I already learned in my native language. Another resource is my husband who helped to improve my English writing. He can explain how to express my ideas clearly. But most of the time, I spend my time working by myself.
It is good to have people and resources that can help you learn a language. You are doing an excellent job of learning and using academic vocabulary. Keep working hard!
