what is the hardest thing about writing an essay?

In my case, brain storming fast is the hardest thing to me. Because when I writing an essay, I feel busy so my brain get stuck. That point keep bother me during. I am not good at making decision that how use my specific examples and opinions. So I am working on brain storming faster.
