I usually study TOEFL writing with my TOEFL book. And when I need help, I meet with my study buddy or use google. And sometimes I make a appointment with ELC tutors.
Study buddies and tutors can be great ways to work on your writing. Be careful with google sometimes it is not a very good translator. It does pretty good with individual words but it has a harder time with sentences.
